This solitaire is free, for the pleasure of playing and learning.

Ownership

The game, its code, artwork, text and bank of deals belong to Jack Fortin and are protected by copyright.

Play as much as you like, talk about it and share the link. Copying the code, the bank of deals or the artwork to publish elsewhere, to include in another product or to earn revenue from it requires written permission.

Your data

The game in progress, the level you picked and the deals you have played stay in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server, and no one else can see them. Clearing your browser data erases them for good.

The site uses Google Analytics to count visits. That tool sets its own cookies and follows its own privacy policy.

Availability

The game is offered as is, without warranty. It may change, be interrupted or stop being offered at any time.
